Feel better in the comfort of your own home. We specialize in providing care and assistance with the activities of  daily living to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness or disabilities, our peronal care workers/caregivers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.  If this sounds like what you need,  but are not sure, please  call us to discuss in more detail.  We promise to answer your questions and respect your privacy.

Experienced and Supportive

We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation to ambulation assistance.  We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan with your primary care physician that will  fit your specific needs. 

Experienced Nurses and Personal Care Workers/Caregivers

Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our nurses and personal care workers/caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you.  To us you are not just a patient, you are family. We provide one-on-one attention 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and care that cannot compare in other settings.   Patients can choose to have their loved ones care for them and the loved one can be compensated for providing the care.

Services

Post-Surgical Assistance

Recovering from home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from major surgery or outpatient surgery, our compassionate personal care workers/caregivers can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery.

 

Physical Disability Support

Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our personal care workers/caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, meal prep, cleaning, laundry, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

 

Care for Dementia Patients

Our experienced and highly trained personal care workers/caregivers provide the highest quality of care to patients.  Patients with dementia from conditions such as Alzheimer's and related diseases have a progressive biological brain disorder that make it more difficult for them to remember things.  We listen with our ears, eyes and heart with compassion.  Our personal care workers/caregivers provide care and activities that slightly slow down the progression of the disease.  One of our goals is to assist individuals and make their lives and their loved ones'  lives happy and a little more fulfilling.
